What is our purpose and why?
We need to understand what drives us? What can you create that will see you jumping out of bed everyday with a newfound energy?
I'm going to help you explore your passions and support you to write a business strategy. Having a plan of action with it's roots reaching deep into your passion is what helps you stay on track!
This is a repeatable strategy and will help you set out a business roadmap to follow for the next 12 months. We need to feel secure about the direction and final destination of our business . Not knowing where our business is heading can feel aimless. Let me help you decide your next steps.
Session two. 6th September 10am
Staying motivated: The business tactics.
The tactics are the day to day tasks that move your business forward. I'll show you how I use my vision to create my monthly to do lists. I call this the nitty-gritty, keeping it real part of business.
Session three. 7th September 10am
Becoming and staying profitable: Finding new clients. 15th June 8pm
Using strategy and packaging to create a service that brings students towards you. Learn how to create a sales funnel so you have clients ready to buy when you are ready to sell. Lower the anxiety of finding ongoing business.
Session four. 9th September 10am
Sell the value, not your time: Pricing your services.
Learn how to move away from hourly pricing to value based pricing. This session alone is worth the payment for the whole course. You'll learn why focussing on the value you offer will increase your monthly income and decrease the amount time required to work in your business.
Session five. 11th September 10am
Make selling ourselves less icky.
Make selling easier by embracing the serve circle! I'll show you some simple solutions to make selling easy and less sleazy.
Session six. 13th September 10am
Increase visibility to increase your profits: Social media Strategy.
Creating and scheduling posts that convert and drive more engagement. Learn about the pillars of social media and how to plan a strategy for your posts which is repeatable. Saving you time in the future, which will help you become consistent and more visible to your current and potential clients.
Session seven. Passive Income/Personal Branding
14th September 10am
Your business needs to to consider creating a new stream of revenue. Passive income is not created overnight but with careful consideration and a willingness to learn you can start now.
FAQ's
Can I really earn over £5k per month?
Yes. But it can depend on what tutoring services you offer and the price you charge for your services. If you offer a service at an hourly rate and only have 1-1 students, it is unlikely, but if you have a flexible business model then £5k a month is realistic.
How long will it take for me to reach £5k per month?
There is no straightforward answer. Some tutors can can accelerate their business and reach £5k within 6 months whilst others (especially new tutors) can take 18-24 months. Consistently trying to develop your business and applying a well thought out strategy will help you reach your goals.
I don't have time to spend attending the course, is there a quicker way?
I would love to say yes to this question but I take pride in being honest. This is about as intensive as I can make it. The results will depend on how fast you can implement the lessons. Becoming a successful business owner is not easy and your development as a business leader requires you to take your personal development seriously. When we are serious about something, 7 hours of learning is nothing when compared the potential rewards waiting for you at the other side.
